I am a long distance athlete specialising in 10km, and half marathon road races. I have been running at an elite/sub-elite level for over 10 years, and in Hong Kong for 3 years. Personal Bests include

Training can be tailored to the needs of the individual. Whether this is road/track/trail running. I am happy to coach you and run with you, or for a cheaper price, can put together a training programme for you, whether this is for a first time 5km fun run or for the more experienced runner looking to shave time off a personal best.

Hi Anna, thanks for the message. I have availability on Saturday mornings, did you have a time in mind? Usually earlier the better for me. It would be useful to get an idea from you of previous running experience, personal bests, how often would you like to train per week. From the Saturday session, what are you looking to get out of it, any particular sessions you want to run...intervals, tempo etc or just a regular run. Sorry, lots of questions but it gives me a better idea of where you are now and how we can get the two of you to sub 4. Thanks Matt
